New Parent ‘Walk & Talk’ Sessions

Are you a new parent wondering how you can fit counselling into your day with a newborn or young baby to look after? No one to babysit for an hour for you to have a therapy session? Money tight? No problem!

I have teamed up with another therapist, Roberta (who is as passionate about supporting mums as I am!) to offer new parents 30 minute, low-cost, 'walk and talk' sessions in specific parks in London and Surrey (contact us for locations).

Bring your newborn or young baby with you, either in a carrier or a pushchair (the routes are pushchair-friendly) and benefit from some fresh air and exercise whilst receiving counselling support - help fit counselling into your life with a newborn! It is possible and you are worthy of support and care - talk to us - we ‘get it’ and you are not alone.

1-2-1 and Group Support for women suffering from Pelvic Organ Prolapse

Or prefer to talk to me 1-2-1 about POP? That’s fine, too - let’s book in some 1-2-1 sessions together for you to tell me in confidence how it is for you - and I can help you to make sense of your situation and to heal - mentally.

Is pelvic organ prolapse (POP) getting you down?

I know first-hand how debilitating this condition can be and how it can affect your mood and your confidence, including your sexual confidence. This group isn’t for talking about physiotherapy, pessaries and surgery (though those topics aren’t off the table) as there are already spaces to talk about the physical treatment and management of this condition. Instead, this group is for us to be open about the mental side - the anger, sadness, and sense of loss that this condition can bring up in us, at times, and for us, to support each other to heal - mentally.

There is something very healing about hearing other women share their similar experiences and for us to offer empathy and understanding - and for us to share our experiences of POP and be heard, understood and accepted. Nothing breaks down the shame and isolation of this condition than being in the company of others who ‘get it.’

Join my new support group and regain your confidence and well-being.

Group lasts 90 minutes and costs £20 per session. Some concessions are available. This is a new group and times and days can be flexible. Join me in this exciting (and much needed) new group.
